Since Birch Culinary Co.’s founding in 2012, we’ve grown to become a valued partner in the catering, corporate, gala and food service management space. Our husband-and-wife ownership team of Greg and Christie Maggi live in O’Fallon and wanted to provide the community a high-end option that doesn’t skimp on any of the details of the experience.
None of our growth in the past decade-plus would be possible without the remarkable team of talented individuals who take our food and customer service to the next level. Our experienced crew of culinary artists and administrators have tackled a variety of projects, including:

- Corporate lunches for small + large businesses
- Managing food + drinks at Jazz St. Louis
- High-end meals for charity galas
- In-home catered meals for intimate gatherings
Our Team
Birch is led by co-owners Greg and Christie Maggi, who are classically trained chefs with a passion for creating delectable meals. Our culinary team works tirelessly to source the freshest and finest ingredients, collaborating with local and sustainable farmers to ensure the highest-caliber meals for our customers.
